FIELD: hydraulic machinery. SUBSTANCE: device has hydraulic cylinder whose one chamber is connected with pressure line of hydraulic system; upper portion of this chamber is connected with inlet of shut-off member. Second chamber is connected with return line of hydraulic system. Innovation of invention consists in connection of outlet of shut-off member with lower portion of second chamber of hydraulic cylinder whose upper portion is connected with return line of hydraulic system. EFFECT: simplified construction; avoidance of losses of hydraulic fluid in bleeding air from hydraulic cylinder.
