PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily stir a high viscosity liquid composition without using a large quantity of liquid composition by smoothing a surface of a liquid photo- setting composition layer formed on a table while a liquid photo-setting composition is supplied on the top face of the table from the upper part. SOLUTION: When a valve 14 is opened and a supply nozzle 13 moves at the same time a liquid composition 10 in a supply tank 11 is supplied on a table 17 from a supply nozzle 13 or immediately after that, doctor blades 15 and 15' move together with the supply nozzle 13. The bottom ends of their blades are positioned at parts a little lower than the bottom end of the supply nozzle 13, so that the surface of the liquid composition 10 on the table is smoothed and a liquid composition layer having a specified thickness is formed. Next, the liquid composition layer on the table is selectively irradiated by using a light irradiation device. The movement and the light irradiation of the light irradiation device are controlled by a computer. |
