PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating device for a power transmission, which has almost no structural constraints and which can be obtained inexpensively. SOLUTION: A power transmission is provided with a revolving shaft 14, which is assembled with a casing 40 (,a front case 41, and a rear case 42) via a bearing 61, and a revolving body 13, which is assembled onto the revolving shaft 14 via a bearing 62. In this transmission, an annular recessed part 13a, which opens toward the rear case 42, is formed on a side surface facing the rear case 42 of the revolving body 14, while a cylindrical holder 51, a tip part (51a) of which is fitted into the annular recessed part 13a in the axial direction so as to form a labyrinth and which forms an oil receiver room (R) together with the rear case 42, the revolving shaft 14, and the revolving body 13, is installed in the inner surface of the rear case 42. In addition, an oil groove 42a, which introduces the lubricating oil to the oil receiver room (R), is formed in the rear case 42, while an oil passage 13b, which introduces the lubricating oil stored in the oil receiver room (R) to the bearing 62, is formed on the inner peripheral side than the annular recessed part 13a of the revolving body 13.
