FIELD: automotive industry; trailers for passenger cars. SUBSTANCE: trailer suspension has equalizer, frame, guide tube rigidly connected with frame, shaft concentrically arranged in tube, one end of shaft being secured on equalizer, and also rubber resilient members. Rubber resilient members are made in form of rubber-metal bushings installed between guide tube and shaft. Shaft has level installed on free end of shaft. Lever can be locked on frame to provide smooth running both when trailer is empty and loaded. When trailer is empty, lever should be brought out of engagement with frame. When overcoming a bump on the road, torque is transmitted through equalizer and shaft to rubber-metal bushings working in shifting, thus absorbing the energy. When trailer carries a load, lever should be rigidly fixed on frame by movable pin. When negotiating an obqstacle on the road, shaft operates together with rubber-and-metal bushings as torsion. EFFECT: improved operation. |
