FIELD: release devices. SUBSTANCE: this can be used at automated check points for authorized passing of persons after presenting corresponding pass or special card or after dropping counter in metro. In automated turnstile, locking device will lock barrier in any position from initial state to full closing when reversible motor is deenergized and this completely prevents opening of barrier manually. Turnstile consumes very small amount of energy. In turnstile, barrier is connected with turning shaft of reversible motor which is made in the form of circular magnet and its rotor is rigidly connected with turning shaft of reversible motor. Locking device is made in the form of reversible ratchet mechanism and its toothed member is rigidly connected with turning shaft of reversible motor. Ratchet gears of direct and reverse motions are connected respectively with armatures of electromagnets and springs keeping them in mesh with toothed member. EFFECT: high efficiency. 2 dwg |
