FIELD: leather industry. SUBSTANCE: in the process of dehydration, skins are proposed to be treated with industrial-frequency current. To that end, after skins are scrubbed on their flesh side, they are covered with uniform layer of zeolite and antiseptic, subjected to current action for 5-7 min, conditioned for 1.5-2 days, and after removal of zeolite are deposited in storehouse. EFFECT: accelerated skin preservation process. |
