FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: steel containing carbon, manganese, silicon, chrome, copper and iron has additionally aluminium at the following ratio of components, wt. -%: carbon 0.25-0.45; manganese 1.00-1.50; silicon 0.2-0.6; chrome 0.1-0.5; copper 0.1-0.3; aluminium 0.001-0.03, and iron - the rest. Content of silicon and copper and also manganese and silicon is at the following dependence: 1.0 ≥ Si + 2 Cu > 0.4; 2.0 > Mn + Cr + Si > 1.5. Steel has additionally titanium at amount 0.05-0.15% at total content of titanium and aluminium at the ratio: 0.16 > Ti + Al > 0.06. EFFECT: enhanced quality of steel. |
