摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the quality of a ceramic heater by making uniform the film thickness of a heater pattern, and making constant the resistance value and heat emission amount of the ceramic heater. SOLUTION: A ceramic heater 21 used in an oxygen sensor has a heater body 22, on whose outside surface a heater pattern 23 is provided in such a zigzag shape as including components in the circumferential direction. The heater pattern 23 includes a zigzag heater element 25 extending from the electrode part 24A on the base end side toward the foremost part, wherein a forward path 25D runs from the starting point to turn-back point 25B while a return path 25E runs from it 25B to the finish point, and meandering parts 25F, 25F... are formed on the forward path 25D and return path 25E in such a way as curving to give a circumferentially directed component. Thereby the straight portion of the heater pattern 23 extending in the axial direction of the heater body 22 can be shortened, and instrusion of the mask by the tip of a squeegee can be precluded at the time of curved surface printing, and it is possible to print a conductor paste with a sufficient film thickness.
