PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enforce a maintenance inspection without notifying a monitoring center to the effect that the maintenance inspection is performed when the inspection is performed by having a constitution that the abnormality signal from a sensor is not transmitted to the monitoring center and is stored and the stored signal can be confirmed when the abnormality signal is detected during the maintenance inspection. SOLUTION: A maintenance inspection setting part 11 performs the setting when the maintenance inspection of a guard terminal equipment 1 is performed and transmits a signal to a control part 12. The control part 12 judges whether the maintenance inspection is performed or not by the signal from the maintenance inspection setting part 11. When the setting of the maintenance inspection is not performed, the signals from sensors 10 to 10 are transmitted to a transmission part 13 when the signals are detected. When the setting is performed, the signals from the sensors 10 to 10 are transmitted to a storage part 14 when the signals are detected. The transmission part 13 transmits the signals from the control part 12 to a monitoring center via a communication line. The storage part 14 stores the signals from the control part 12 and transmits the stored signals to a display part 16 in accordance with the signal from a confirmation button 15. |
