PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head rest easy to manufacture, capable of maintaining the integrity even against vibration and impact, reducing cost even if a fabric skin is employed, and further easily applied to even a drilled type. SOLUTION: One half skin is formed of a fabric skin 11 and the other half skin is formed of a resin skin. Further, the outer peripheral edge of both skins are provided with clip parts 112, 122. There are provided a bag-like skin 1 integrally formed of these clip parts 112, 211 fitted each other, an insert 2 disposing a core part 21 in the bag-like skin and projecting a pair of stays 22 to the outside of the skin and a formed body 3 embedding the core part 21 and formed integrally with the bag-like skin 1. |
