PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely chamfer a printing plate from the front end thereof in a carrying direction. SOLUTION: On a chamfering table 120, small-diameter rollers 140 to 146 are arranged along in the carrying direction of the printing plate from the upstream side of a cutting blade 150. Besides, the table 120 is arranged on a movable base 102 set along in the width direction of the printing plate so that the shaft center P of a guide pin 118 arranged at a position along in the width direction of the printing plate from an interval between the shaft centers P1 and P2 of the rollers 140 and 142 becomes the center of rotation. Therefore, the blade 150 is precisely positioned with respect to the printing plate while the printing plate is brought into contact with the guide rollers 140 and 142. Besides, the printing plate is properly chamfered to the back end thereof by narrowing a gap D1 between the guide rollers 142 and 144. |
