PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable card used for a card such as a credit card, a cash card, an ID card or an IC card and formed particularly of a multilayer biodegradable plastic card and a method for manufacturing the card. SOLUTION: A biodegradable card base material formed of multiple layers has a thermoplastic resin layer 1 containing copolymer of polylactic acid or lactic acid having number-average-molecular weight of 10000 to 1000000, oxycarboxylic acid as a main ingredient, a different biodegradable resin layer 2 and an adhesive intermediate layer 3 made of resin blended with two types of biodegradable resins provided between the layers 1 and 2. |
