PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic device which prevents reflection and improves efficiency. SOLUTION: A device is provided with at least a rear plane electrode layer 702, photovoltaic layer 704, transparent electrode layer 708 which adheres to the photovoltaic layer 704 and a transparent protective layer 710. The transparent electrode layer 708 is composed of Zn2 In2 O5 , and the thickness of the layer 708 is permitted to be the 1/4n of the light wavelength wherein the photovoltaic device has the maximum sensitivity (where n is the refraction factor of the transparent electrode layer 708 at such wavelength). |
