<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically determine generation of an abnormality to alarm generation of the abnormality to a managing person in the family or the like for achieving speedy nursing without applying a burden on a subject person such as an aged person at all. SOLUTION: Detection means 1-4 (infrared sensors, etc., provided in respective rooms, for example) are provided to detect if a subject person 14 is sleeping, up in a general room (bedroom, living room, or bathroom), or in a lavatory. In a control means 5, reference time ranges for sleeping time, rising time, lavatory using time, etc., are preliminarily memorized. In the case where actual life conditions detected by the detection means 1-4 are outside the reference ranges, it is determined that an abnormality is generated, and the abnormality is informed to a preset managing person over a telephone.</p> |
