The rotatable vibrating-pressure roller is able to make smooth the inner and outer of concrete pipe. When rotary V pulley(5)in the rotary roller department operates by a driving motor (5) in rotary roller deportment by a driving motor(M) which is connected with invertor, the rotary roller department cylinder styled roller's outer cover(1) which is driving-linked by V pulley(5), key groove (K1,K2) and key(KY) revolves around a vibration axis department with outer cover collar (C1, C2) and cover (C3). Vibrating pressure roller descends by a rising-dropping apparatus (RL), and pressures the concrete which is in the centrifugally rotating concrete pipe molding(X)'s inner part. The invertor which is connected with vibrating motor (VG, VG') operates, so vibrations are transmitted to vibration axis department. And the concrete which is vibrated in mold is pressurized and is shaped.
