FIELD: rolled stock production, namely finishing descaler of wide strip hot rolling mills arranged behind flying shears of group of finishing stands of mill. SUBSTANCE: descaler includes struts, upper and lower feeding rollers with chocks mounted in ports of said struts; cross beam joining said struts and pneumatic cylinders for moving upper roller mounted on said cross beam. Chocks of upper roller are mutually connected by timing device in the form of axle. Said axle is arranged in parallel with rollers in bearings and has two levers rigidly secured to its ends. Said levers are jointly connected with chocks of upper roller by means of pins secured to chocks and placed in lengthwise grooves of said levers. EFFECT: enhanced quality of strip descaling, high reliability of descaler. |
