The method provides for a quick heating of the surface area of the base layer modifying its metallurgical structure, without an essential heating of the low-lying main mass of the base layer after which quenching follows; due to it nucleation and growth of crystals are suppressed, and phase segregation and separation of additions or base layer components occurs. EFFECT: enhanced corrosion resistance.
