PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediate detect uncuttable foreign matter, such as small stones, and to discharge this foreign matter outside in the case where such foreign matter is dropped onto cutters from a feed port by mischief. SOLUTION: A cutter duct is disposed above a pair of the cutters 1, 2 and an oscillation plate 5 is disposed on one side thereof. A foreign matter sensor 22 which detects the time that the uncuttable foreign matter exists above the cutters 1, 2 exceeding the time for cutting an empty can, and a solenoid 18 which discharges the foreign matter by turning this oscillation plate 5 outward by the detection signal thereof are disposed. |
