PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a phone call even to a telephone set whose dialing is restricted by making a 3-party speech via a telephone set capable of dialing in the case of making a phone call to a destination to which a portable telephone terminal or the like cannot make dialing. SOLUTION: Whether or not an exclusive key 1d to send a telephone number of a PHS master set 4 registered by a PHS terminal 1 is discriminated and when telephone number is not inputted, the speech between the PHS terminal 1 and the PHS master set 4 is made. When a telephone number is inputted, the PHS master set 4 holds the connection to the PHS terminal 1 and dials the telephone number by the inputted key, tries to make connection to a destination 5 of the telephone number whose dialing is restricted and desired by the user of the PHS terminal 1 so as to discriminate whether or not the connection to the destination 5 can be connected. When the connection can not be made, calling of the telephone set whose dialing is suspended and a hook signal is sent, the holding of the PHS terminal 1 is released and the three-party speech is not executed. When the connection is successful, the three-party speech among the user of the PHS terminal 1, the destination 5 and the master set 4 is started. |
