CD-ROM DISK AND ITS SECURITY CHECK METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the copylight of a CD-ROM disk by giving the security check to a personal computer which reads out an object program in a security execution routine that is prepared at the head part of the object program. SOLUTION: An objet program 11 is written in a prescribed storage area of a CD-ROM disk 10, and the program 11 includes a security execution routine 12 and an application routine 13 of the TV game software or the video data, etc. The routine 12 is written in the head address so as to be read out first by a personal computer against the routine 13. As a result, the security check is possible even on a general-purpose personal computer that has no security check in particular. Thus the copyright of the disk 10 can be protected.
