PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality reliability of a stamper. SOLUTION: A base body having a nearly equal thickness and a nearly equal refractive index to an optical disk is formed, on one face of which is formed a projecting/recessed pattern of a photoresist 22 showing a nearly equal refractive index to the optical disk. A conductive film layer 23 and an electric plating film are sequentially formed on the projecting/recessed pattern. After the conductive film layer 23 is formed and/or the electric plating film is formed, then, a laser light is projected on the projecting/recessed pattern from the other face of the base body. Since the projecting/recessed pattern is evaluated in this manner, it is surely prevented that a nonconforming pattern is judged as within specifications. Since the base body having approximately the same thickness and refractive index as the optical disk and the projecting/recessed pattern of the photoresist formed on one face of the base body and having approximately the same refractive index as the optical disk are arranged, the projecting/ recessed pattern can be evaluated almost under the same condition as the optical disk. |
