PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic compsn. which is excellent in softness and rubber elasticity (compression set) and has good resistances to oil and heat, mechanical strenghts, and impact resistance and to provide a molded item obtd. therefrom. SOLUTION: This compsn. comprises 30-98wt.% polyester elastomer and 70-2wt.% modified olefin elastomer obtd. by grafting 0.01-20 pts.wt. hydroxylatedα,β-unsatd. carboxylic ester and 0-50 pts.wt. other vinyl monomer onto 100 pts.wt. olefin elastomer. This molded item is obtd. by molding the compsn.
