FIELD: automatics, tachometers, movement sensors, device measuring permanent and variable magnetic fields. SUBSTANCE: proposed magnetoresistive pickup includes substrate which carries first magnetic film, separating film, second magnetic film, conductor and protective layers placed in series. Distinguishing feature of pickup lies in positioning of additional protective layer made from material identical by its physico-chemical properties to material of separating film, stable to action of technological process of formation of topology of conductor layer on surface of at least one of magnetic films opposite to separating film. Thickness of additional protective layer does not exceed thickness of separating film. EFFECT: enhanced functional reliability prolonged service life of pickup. 5 dwg |
