Semiconductor divider 17 has two semiconductor components 18, 19 connected in series and center tap 20 between these components which enables magnetizing current flow over half-phases 2, 3, 4, 5 from power module of field circuit 14 of converter 12. EFFECT: improved utilization of space when running at both constant and varying speed. |
