PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make paper money easy to be taken out from an automatic transaction device in which a fault is generated and to save the handling time for the effective utilization of paper money by controlling the paper money within a stacker for receipt/payment of money may be a proper number. SOLUTION: When the paper money within a stacker for receipt/payment of money becomes a proper number or below by which a receipt/payment of money transaction is not hindered in the proper number control mode 28 set/selected by a mode setting/selection processing 26, paper money is carried from a supplement/collection cassette to each stacker for receipt/ payment of money and the paper money within each stacker for receipt/payment of money is controlled to the proper number. When the number becomes the proper number or below by which the receipt/payment of money transaction is not hindered, paper money is paid out from each stacker for receipt/payment of money to the stacker for supplement/collection and the number of the paper money within the stacker for receipt/payment of money is controlled to the proper number. A counting control means 22 receives the selected mode from the mode setting/selection processing means 26 and makes a supplement processing means 24 and a collection processing means 25 performed the processings according to the mode. |
