PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the location of a carrying person by providing a position communication means started by a predetermined specific trigger signal. SOLUTION: A radio terminal equipment 61 is connected to a base station 3 of a cell 7 as a slave set of a cordless telephone system through radio channel and makes communication with a database 1 via a digital network 4. The database 1 stores and manages position registration information consisting of identification codes and area numbers as to each radio terminal equipment 6. The database 1 serves location registration information of a desired radio terminal 6 with respect to an inquiry in permitted recognition codes. The radio terminal equipment is provided to a carrying person such as a hovering aged person, and when a prescribed command is sent from a telephone set on a general line as required, the radio terminal 6 replies it and uses a built-in speaker to send a specific sound to inform the location of the carrying person to neighbouring persons. Or a radio wave of a specific frequency is sent and a tracing terminal 8 with a directive antenna can trace a location.
