PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for food packaging which has a carbon dioxide permeability of a specified range even when the outside air is under a low humidity state. SOLUTION: A laminated film is constituted of an outer layer, an intermediate layer and an inner layer. Then, the intermediate layer is constituted of 100 pts.wt. of saponified PVA, 3-200 pts.wt. of a compound being selected from a group of alkylene glycol, hydroxy acid and their polymers, and 5-100 pts.wt. of EVOH.
