PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare the subject tape capable of providing a green sheet ensuring punching and cutting of a green sheet, not influenced by heat and moisture and having dimensional stability by using a polyphenylene sulfide film as a substrate film. SOLUTION: This tape is obtained by providing a re-releasable tacky agent layer on a biaxially oriented polyphenylene sulfide film substrate surface. Furthermore, the thickness of the substrate film is preferably 6-100μm and a layer comprising an acrylic tacky agent and having 5-200g/25mm width adhesive power (to stainless steel) is used as the tacky agent layer and the thickness of the layer is preferably 1-20μm, and a tacky agent obtained by adding an isocyanate curing agent to a copolymer composed of 1wt.% acrylic acid and 99wt.% butyl acrylate is especially preferably used as the tacky agent.
