A method which automatically detects an optimal load arrangement on a container of a box such as a microwave oven is disclosed. In the method, inner sizes of a container are set. Outer sizes of a package box to be loaded are set. Outer length and width of a package box with are corresponded to respect to an inner length and width of the container in transverse and longitudinal directions so that each arrangement is obtained. An arrangement capable of loading one package box is sorted and arranged to obtain one optimal arrangement. A maximal load is obtained by corresponding a height of a package set to an inner height of the container. An optimal loading arrangement of the uppest stage according to a projection obstacle of an inner side of the container is obtained. An optimal load arrangement and loading number information of each state are outputted. |
