FIELD: devices for production of building blocks with a texture layer. SUBSTANCE: built-up mould uses a mould plate with flaps furnished with lateral pins and internal separating partitions, in addition it is furnished with a bed frame with two pairs of fixed supporting bushes, on which two central plates and central partition are rigidly secured. Placed inside the supporting bushes are movable rams, whose external ends are rigidly connected to the end movable bushes rigidly fastened to the end walls. The opposite ends of the rams are passed through the movable bushes and furnished with box nuts. The movable bushes are fastened to the middle partitions that are rigidly joined to the extreme movable plates. The flaps are furnished with retainers of the separating partitions and end walls. After moulding of building blocks with a texture layer, opening of the flaps and forced displacement of the blocks relative to the mould plates the end lateral walls are moved apart, and the rams moving in the fixed bushes together with them, after displacement by stroke a, push with the box nuts against the bushes rigidly connected to the extreme movable mould plates and middle partitions. Further movement continues already with the extreme movable mould plates and middle partitions until the movable bushes push against the fixed bushes of the bed frame. Thus, gap a is formed at each of the four building blocks, which provides for removal of the building blocks with the aid of automated grippers, if facet shapers are available.
