发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR BULLET PERFORATION OF BORE-HOLES
摘要 FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: bullet perforation method allows for improving quality of opening of productive reservoirs due to preventing undesirable crushing of cement stone when firing bullets. According to method, at selected points of creating perforated passages in bore-hole, prior to firing bullets, tube is subjected to jet piercing by high-temperature gas jet. Device for realization of aforesaid method has body with vertical curved barrels for directing bullets. Bases of barrels with bullets are connected with powder charges. Installed ahead of powder charge coaxially with it and parallel to barrels is gas generator with solid fuel charge, nozzles, ignition cartridge, igniter. Gas generator is connected through flame passage with powder charge and functions as igniter of this charge. Device operates as follows. Ignition cartridge makes igniter operating to initiate burning of solid fuel charge of gas generator. Thus formed high-temperature gas jet burns through casing tube. Products of burning of residual solid fuel charge find their way to powder charge through flame passage, ignite it and due to expansion of powder gases, bullets are fired which initially moving in vertical, then in curved part of barrel enter pierced holes in casing tube and then through cement layer they penetrate into rock. This method protects casing tube and cement ring from deformation, cracking, and saves inner surface of casing tube from burrs around bullet made hole, adds to length of passage punctured by bullet for opening of reservoir which increases output of well.
