The camcoder automatic adjusting system in a multi processor mechanism is characterized in adjusting adjustment parts for a PCB assembly(170B) of a general camcoder by executing an adjustment through a dual construction, that is, a main controller(100) for instrumenting and adjusting the adjustment parts of the PCB assembly(170B), and a sub-controller(200) for controlling a video process and positional data.
