A track access method of an optical disk application device enhances a processing speed by using a hardward method instead of a software method, reduces a memory consumption, increases an efficiency of a system, thereby enhancing a precision of a data access. The track access method includes the st of: calculating a radius from a disk center and a present position by using a present pick position data on a disk; calculating a radius from a disk center to a target pickup position by using a target pickup data on a disk; and receiving the radius data, transmitting a pickup device to a target position, and accessing a data.
