PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an effective detection on thrombus and fibrin by bringing a marked fibrin clot-specific monochronal antibody having no fibrinogen cross reaction characteristics, and measuring the connection condition between the antibody and fibrin. SOLUTION: Any antibody of fibrin specificity type having no substantial fibrinogen cross reaction characteristic can be used as an antibody capable of being screened, and the antibody having the specificity is produced from peptide group containing 7-11 pieces of amino acid residue. As a marker to be usable to the antibody, many light emitting materials such as enzyme, radioactive isotope, fluorescent compound are used. When the antibody is used for in vitro diagnosis, it is used in a coupled condition with a liquid phase carrier or a solid phase carrier such as glass, polystelyne. In the case of in vivo, the antibody is marked with a detectable means, and is used in the form of kit coupled with chelete group. The antibody is coupled with thrombus decomposing agent so that therapy material can be produced. |
