摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite relay system not complicated with flexibility in which the load of the user is relieved by synchronizing an earth synchronization orbit with an orbit of a 1st satellite and keeping a continuous sight of line between 1st and 2nd satellites. SOLUTION: The system is made up of one GEOS relay satellite (geos1) 106 and two MEO relay satellites (meo1, 2) 108, 110. Then the goes 106 is always in a state of keeping sight of line with the meo1 108 and meo2 110. Thus, a user 120 that cannot directly communicate with a secluded station 122 based on the earth can communicate with the meo1 108 and, then the meo1 108 is linked continuously with the relay satellite geos1 106. Since the geos1 106 is in continuous contact with the station 122 on the basis of the earth, the communication from the meo1 108 is sent to the station 122 on the basis of the earth.
