PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply service information to a user in real time by preliminarily loading the service information in a mobile terminal. SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 20 is connected with a network NW 25. When the information on the present location and a destination are inputted, the terminal 20 notifies the information on the present location and the destination inputted in an information server 21 via the NW 25. Thus, the information server 21 determines the whole area including the present location and the destination and transmits service information including the positional information corresponding to the area to the terminal 20 via the NW 25. The terminal 20 stores service information including the positional information corresponding to the received whole area in a storage part. Subsequently, the connection with the NW 25 is disconnected and the preliminarily stored service information is outputted in compliance with the request of a user.
