PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a stacked substrate, a surface wiring conductor, and an insulation protective film integrally, and besides, form the insulation protective film simply and surely in the specified position on the surface wiring conductor. SOLUTION: A green sheet of glass ceramic to serve as the insulating layers 1a-1g constituting a stacked substrate 1 is made. On this green sheet, an inner wiring 2 and/or conductive films to serve as surface wiring conductors 4 and 64 are made by the printing and drying of conductive paste having low- resistance metallic material for its main component. Next, at a part of the conductive films to serve as surface wiring conductors 4 and 64, films to serve as insulation protective films 5 and 65 are made by the printing and drying of the insulating paste consisting of the same glass component as the green sheet and inert fillers, and after stacking and pressure bonding of each green sheet, they are sintered integrally. |
