METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THICK FLAW-DETECTION TEST PIECE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a crack to a thick test piece even with a normal fatigue testing machine. SOLUTION: An arm 28 for giving bending moment is welded and fixed to the edge of a thick test 23 and a bending moment is applied on the arm 28 for giving bending moment, thus easily generating a crack 35 near a welded part 30 of the arm 28 for giving bending momentum of the test piece 23 with a small load, thus producing a flaw-detection test piece 34.
