<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the movement of a graphic picture having no flicker. SOLUTION: When it is supposed that there is no graphic picture, a lower picture displayed on the display position of the graphic picture is stored in a lower picture storing area 22, and when the moving operation of the graphic picture is executed by a mouse 30, a picture processing processor 10 reads out a picture of a 3rd area including a 1st area obtained before movement and a 2nd area obtained after movement from a video memory 40 to a working memory 23 and copies the unmoved lower picture stored in the storing part 22 to the 1st area part of the memory 23. Then a picture in the 2nd area part of the memory 22 is stored as a moved lower picture and then the graphic picture is copied to the 2nd area part of the memory 23. After copying the picture, the picture in the 3rd area part of the memory 23 is copied to the 3rd area of the memory 40 and the picture stored in the memory 40 is displayed on the screen of a display 70.</p> |
