PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate discomfort as caused by blowing by increasing the rising speed of air conditioning using an air conditioning unit and an air conditioning floor. SOLUTION: This system has a heat pump 1 to generate chilled water and hot water, an air conditioning unit 2 with a function of making an air conditioning by a diffusing action into a room and an air conditioning by a ceiling radiation, an air conditioning floor 4 with a function of making an air conditioning by a floor radiation and control sections 5 and 6 to control the operation of the air conditioning unit 2 and the air conditioning floor 4. The heat pump 1 is linked to the air conditioning unit 2 by first pipings 8, 8a and 8b and the heat pump 1 to the air conditioning floor 4 by second pipings 8, 8c and 8d to perform an air conditioning and a floor air conditioning by water or an antifreeze solution flowing through both the pipings. The operation of the air conditioning unit 2 and the air conditioning floor 4 is controlled by the control sections 5 and 6 to perform an air conditioning by a diffusing action at the starting of the air conditioning. After a specified temperature state is reached, the diffusing action is stopped. |
