PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital signal transmission circuit suitable for an integrated circuit by removing a noise superimposed on an input signal while using an operational amplifier in the configuration of mixing current feedback type and voltage feedback type operational amplifiers. SOLUTION: When the potential of a non-inverted input terminal (+) is changed from low to high, that potential change is transmitted through a 1st input buffer to the base electrode of a PNP transistor Q2 consisting of differential paired transistors. With the increase of a potential at an output terminal, the potential at the base electrode of a PNP transistor Q3 is transmitted through a 2nd input buffer to the base electrode of the differential transistor Q3 until it gets equal with the base potential of the PNP transistor Q2. In the operational amplifier with such configuration, by providing a through rate, even when a high frequency is inputted to the non-inverted input terminal (+), the noise is removed and the digital signal transmission circuit suitable for the integrated circuit can be obtained. |
