PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity, to improve quality in a job and to attain an effective utilization of office by the less paper by providing a folder edition managing means, setting the folder edition while attaining compatibility with the editions of respective documents and executing management. SOLUTION: A folder managing means 12 manages the documents added to the respective folders in accordance with the hierarchy structure of classification. A library managing means 15 manages respective libraries, the folder edition managing means 14 manages the edition of the filders and a document edition managing means 13 manages the edition of the respective documents in the folders. Then, a folder retrieving means 16 retrieves the folder of the designated edition in the library and a document retrieving means 17 retrieves the designated documents in the folder. Thus, the edition is managed to the folders being an assembly of the plural documents. Thus, the folder editions are set and managed while attaining compatibility with the editions of the respective documents, the folder edition is specified and retrieval where the edition is designated and the movement and abolition of the documents are executed. |
