PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compress data quantity and to improve throughput by recognizing plural related monitoring points as a group, imparting identification data to this group and defining the group as the unit of a processing. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a stationary storage means 14 integrating plural monitoring points 11 related with each other into a group, imparting identification data (This is referred to as ID), setting the stationary state of each monitoring point 11 under the ID in advance and storing this state. Further, a slave station 10 is provided with a difference extraction means 15 extracting the difference of the stationary state of each monitoring point 11 under the ID and the state of a present monitoring point 11 and a transmission means 16 transmitting only the ID when the difference does not exist and transmitting the ID and the difference data when the difference exists to a master station 70. Thus, the number of data in appearance is compressed, the transmission efficiently by the compression of a data length is improved by the shortening of the processing time due to the decrease of data base access and the number of times of data transmission and the handling of difference data, and the throughput of the whole of a system can be remarkable improved. |
