PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance heat conductivity and accelerate heating of a cooking material by specifying the thickness of an aluminum plate and that of a metal layer in a composite material for electromagnetic cooking device formed by bonding a magnetic metal plate and the aluminum plate through the metal layer. SOLUTION: A composite material for electromagnetic cooking device is manufactured in such a way that copper plating layers 5, 3 are formed on each one surface of a magnetic metal plate 6 and an aluminum plate 2, a copper plate 4 is interposed between the plates 6 and 2, they are stacked, and bonded through the copper plated layers with a hot press. The total thickness of the copper layers is specified to 0.07mm or more, and the thickness of the aluminum plate is to 0.10mm or more. When the thickness of the aluminum plate is represented by D1 and that of the copper layer is represented by D2, the ratio of the thickness of the copper layer to the total thickness of the aluminum plate and the copper layer [D2/(D1+D2)] is specified to 0.05 or more. By this constitution, cost increase is suppressed, and heat conductivity is efficiently, remarkably enhanced. |
