PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain transmission reception in a quick and stable state and to avoid mislay or missing by providing a thermoelectric conversion element to a back of the person so as to absorb heat of the human body and a band to be fixed to a wrist. SOLUTION: The main body 1 whose part or all of the bottom is covered by a surrounding 16 is placed on a back 30 and fixed on the back 30 by winding and tightening a band 20 fitted to the bottom of the surrounding 16 on a wrist 15.
