<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the use efficiency of a computer system provided with plural work stations and the like, to improve the convenience and to promote a wide and speedy diffusion. SOLUTION: In the computer system provided with plural work stations WS1-WS4 connected through a network NW, two windows corresponding to two cordless input devices CL11 and CL12 are simultaneously displayed on the display devices, and function for executing input processings on the windows in parallel and independently executing them are provided for the work stations. The plural work stations WS1-WS4 share environments PEA-PEE including software in a form that they are received. Functions for automatically selecting corresponding software, starting it and preparing necessary environment in response to the insertion of an ID card IDC2 prepared corresponding to a user or software into a card slot are given to the respective work stations.</p> |
