PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To see that mounting error does not occur, even if incorrect electronic part chip is thrown in a balk hopper. SOLUTION: For this chip mounter, a plurality of balk hopper 2 to supply many electronic parts 3 in line up condition are attached to the machine body, and a vacuum suction head 5 distributes the electronic parts chips 3 taken out of the tip chute 2 of the balk hopper 2, into the specified positions of the surface of the printed board 1 positioned in XY table of the same machine body. In this case, a check stage 6 which can contact with one of the electronic parts chips 3 is arranged in the middle of the tip chute 2a, and when the detection value of the CR meter 8 connected to the same check stage 6 shows abnormality, it issues an alarm at the same time when it stops the vacuum suction head 5. |
