PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a tray where parts are placed without using a stage for placing parts temporarily. SOLUTION: In a tray feeder 20 for placement of parts to supply a tray T where electronic parts G are placed, this is equipped with a tray pallet lifting mechanism 40 which retains a plurality of tray pallets 100 on which to place trays T, drawing them up in vertical direction, and also positions a desired tray pallet 100 in specified length out of the plural tray pads 100, and a tray pallet shifting mechanism 50 which shifts the tray pallet 100 positioned on the said specified level into horizontal direction and positions it in specified position. |
