PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate data omission when a stand-by system changes into a new in-use system. SOLUTION: The in-use system and stand-by system are provided with LAN reception parts 12 and 22 which receive a state change packet and a time packet, scanners 13 and 23 which update the position states of the received data, and message editing parts 15 and 25 which display the updated data on a CRT 16; and the scanner 23 of the stand-by system updates the above position state with certain time delay at every start while the stand-by system is in the stand-by state before shifting to the in-use system mode. Thus, updated data are outputted from only the scanner 13 of the in-use system, so the data of the in-use system are displayed on the CRT. If the in-use system gets out of order and the stand-by system shifts to a new in-use mode, the delay of this update is eliminated and data which are delayed are outputted from the scanner 23, so the data overlap, but there is no omission. |
