<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a resistor to be easily and finely adjusted in resistance by a method wherein the counter side of one of the counter electrodes of the resistor is slanted so as to make an angle with the counter side of the other electrode. SOLUTION: Electrodes 7 and 8 are provided onto the surface of a board 6 separate by a certain distance and confronting each other. The side of the electrode 7 opposed to the electrode 8 is slanted like a curve of secondary degree so as to make its one end located nearer to the electrode 8 than the other end. A resistor 9 is provided so as to bridge a gap between the electrodes 7 and 8 by printing, deposition or the like, and a cutout 10 is provided to the one long side 9a of the rectangular resistor 9 which spans a shorter gap between the electrodes 7 and 8 extending towards the other long side 9b by a laser trimming method. A distance between electrodes 7 and 8 is set wider at the final part of the cutout 10 so as to lessen the resistor 9 in resistance variation caused by the cutout 10, whereby the resistor 9 can be easily and finely adjusted in resistance.</p> |
